C.3.9 Magnetic field modification of charging currents

Charged particles gyrate around magnetic field lines under the v×B effect. Where fields are intense and electron energies are small (e.g. ambient electrons in LEO and secondary and photo-electrons generally), gyro-radii may be small. This modifies the charging currents, e.g. by restricting photo-emission.
